Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options:
- Belgium (standard): 2–4 business days
- European Union: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders over 200.00 within Belgium.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your shipment in real time.
Customs & Duties (non-EU) For orders shipped outside the EU, customs fees or import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
